Happy pancake day!

Today is national pancake day here in the UK, and I thought of an old recipe I had shared in the past at Doce para o meu Doce that had a great reaction from my readers.
It is tots delish and SO easy to make!
Why not bringing an oldie but goodie?

This is what you need

* 1 cup flour
* 1 cup milk
* 1 egg
* 1 pinch of salt
* Lemon zests
* Sliced Bananas

This is how you do it

Mix the first 5 ingredients really well in a large container.
When putting the dough on the pan, add the banana slices on top.
When the underside is already cooked, turn the pancake upside down and wait a few seconds for it to cook on the new side.
And that's it!

You can eat them plain, add jam, or cinnamon and sugar... but my ultimate fav is chocolate, of course!
